125 grammes beurre, coupé en morceaux
260 grammes sucre en poudre
1  gousse de vanille, dont les graines ont été retirées
1  œuf
80 ml lait
300 grammes farine ordinaire
35 grammes cacao noir en poudre
1 cuillère à café levure chimique
190 grammes chocolat noir, grossièrement haché

Instructions

STEP 1/5

Préchauffez le four à 180°C.

STEP 2/5

Dans l’accessoire bol multifonction équipé du crochet pour pétrir, placez le beurre, la gousse de vanille, le sucre, l'œuf, le lait, la farine, le cacao et la levure. 
Mélangez jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte souple et homogène.

STEP 3/5

A l’aide de l’accessoire mini hachoir, hachez le chocolat noir quelques secondes jusqu’à obtenir des petits morceaux. Quelques secondes suffissent. Ne mixez pas trop longtemps sinon vous allez obtenir des la poudre de chocolat.

STEP 4/5

Placez la pâte dans un saladier et mélanger délicatement avec le chocolat haché. Puis sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, façonnez des petites boules à l’aide de 2 cuillères à soupe.

STEP 5/5

Laissez cuire au four pendant 12 à 15 minutes ou jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient légèrement dorés. Laissez refroidir puis transférez les sur une grille pour qu'ils durcissent en refroidissant.
