Makes:

2  salmon fillets
2 tbsp. lemon juice
 pinch of salt
 pinch of pepper
500 grams asparagus
1 tbsp. icing sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4  carrots
125 grams peas
250 grams potatoes
2 tbsp. oil
30 grams herb butter


Instructions

STEP 1/6

Prepare a whole meal at once with the Braun Food steamer.

STEP 2/6

Fill the steam booster with water until max.

STEP 3/6

Peel the aspargagus, potatoes, carrots. Slice potatoes in half and add them together with the carrots next to the salmon filets. In the end, sprinkle the potatoes and carrots with oil.

STEP 4/6

Place the aspargagus in the upper basket and sprinkle it with lemon juice as well as powdered suger.

STEP 5/6

Simply set the timer to 40 min and return when done.

STEP 6/6

Butter the plates, serve everything on melted herb butter and enjoy!
