3.0  beetroot, peeled
1.0  potato, medium and peeled
1.0  onion
0,125 teaspoon ground cumin
450.0 ml vegetable, thinly stirred
3.0 tbsp. rapeseed oil
50.0 grams yoghurt,  3.5% fat


Instructions

STEP 1/2

The peeled beets with disposable rubber gloves cut into small pieces and in a proper pot of vegetable broth (450 ml) to a boil. enter parallel the potato, onion and cumin and cook for 20 minutes at reduced heat.

STEP 2/2

Add canola oil to the cooled vegetable mixture and puree 5 Baby hand blender to form a homogeneous slurry in the blender jar with the Multiquick. Stir in the yogurt with a spoon.
