2.0  limes,  juice and zest
1.0 small onion
1.0 clove garlic
2.0 sprig of coriander leaves
2.0 teaspoon honey
60.0 ml olive oil
1.0 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1.0 teaspoon salt


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Finely mix all ingredients with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 hand blender and its 350ml chopper attachment.

STEP 2/2

Leave the meat to marinade in the refrigerator for 2 hours - in one piece or cut into small pieces - and then cook it in a pan or on the grill.
