3.0 tbsp. water
 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

STEP 1/2

Wash the apricots, cut in half, stone and give the water in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer at low temperature for about 3 minutes.

STEP 2/2

All in the blender jar enter, add a pinch of cinnamon and blend with the Multiquick 5 hand blender baby.


Instead of apricot You can also use apple, plum or Pfirsch. These Mus, you should mix up to 10 months under a porridge.
