115 grams 
12 as needed round shortbread biscuits
120 ml cold brewed coffee
15 ml amaretto syrup
250 grams whipping cream
45 grams sugar
 as needed cocoa powder, to dust


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Put 40ml coffee, the mascarpone and 30g sugar in a bowl and combine for the coffee-mascarpone-cream. Now carefully fold in the cream.

STEP 2/4

Put the rest of the coffee, sugar and liqueur in a small bowl and mix.

STEP 3/4

Dip the biscuits into the coffee mixture individually.

STEP 4/4

Layer the biscuits and mascarpone in 4 glasses, drizzle with the rest of the coffee mixture and dust with cocoa powder.
