Deliveries and returns

We want to make sure you are delighted every time you shop with us. Please find here below a few useful information on our deliveries and returns policies.

Shipping details

We will take care of the shipment of your order as soon as your purchase is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including your shipment tracking link to keep your delivery status monitored directly on the shipping carrier’s website.

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders above €35 while a shipping fee of €6 will be applied on orders below this amount.

Delivery timing depends on ordered products, addresses and shipment methods. During sales or promotional periods, shipments might take slightly longer than expected.

Remember to provide a residential delivery address and a valid phone number when placing your order. Please note that it is not possible to deliver your orders abroad.

For safety reasons, the following products will be delivered exclusively through standard shipping: portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers and descalers.

Retourneren

Als je een artikel wilt retourneren, volg dan de volgende stappen:

1a. Ga naar je bestelpagina. 1b. Als je de bestelling hebt geplaatst zonder een persoonlijke account aan te maken, ga dan naar de bestelpagina die je per e-mail hebt ontvangen.
2. Klik op de knop TERUGZENDEN rechtsboven aan de pagina.
3. Kies het product dat je wilt retourneren en de reden waarom. Vergeet niet om eventuele bijbehorende cadeaus op te nemen in de retouraanvraag.
4. Download het retourformulier.
5. Verpak het ongebruikte artikel in de originele verpakking en doe het retourformulier in de doos. Plaats het juiste retourformulier in de juiste doos als je meer artikelen wilt retourneren.
6. Zoek het dichtstbijzijnde UPS Access Point via de link https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=nl-nl door het locatiefilter te markeren “ Aanvaardt mobiele streepjescodes“. Toon de ontvangen mobiele streepjescode aan het UPS Access Point. (je hoeft hem niet af te drukken). Geef je pakket af en de koerier zorgt voor de retourzending.
7. Om een automatische SMS te ontvangen ter bevestiging van het afleveren van je pakket, geef je je mobiele telefoonnummer door aan het UPS Access Point. De koerier zal de labels op de dozen plakken.
8. Je ontvangt de terugbetaling zodra de goederen in ons magazijn zijn afgeleverd en gecontroleerd.

In geval van een retourzending dienen ook eventuele gratis geschenken geretourneerd te worden.

Retourneren

Voeg in geval van een retourzending alle volgende items toe in de originele doos en het originele pakket:
  • Het ongebruikte product in de originele staat en verpakking
  • Accessoires in de originele doos
  • Al het andere dat u bij de producten hebt ontvangen (inclusief gratis cadeaus en kortingsbonnen)
  • Garantiebewijs
  • Gebruikershandleiding

Terugbetalingen

Alle terugbetalingen vinden plaats via de oorspronkelijke betalingsmethode die is gebruikt, binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen.
