500 grams potatoes
250 grams tofu, smoked
1  onion
2  eggs
2  butter
2  oil
4 sprig of thyme
  salt
  pepper
  ketchup, to taste for serving
  gherkins, to taste for serving


Instructions

ÉTAPE 1/7

Dice the potatoes and tofu with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment using the dicing insert.

ÉTAPE 2/7

Peel the onion, cut into quarters and chop it finely with the 500ml chopper attachment.

ÉTAPE 3/7

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the potato cubes in it for about 15 minutes on medium to high heat.

ÉTAPE 4/7

Add the onion and tofu cubes and fry for about 10 minutes until crispy all over.

ÉTAPE 5/7

Add thyme to the potatoes and season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn the heat to low to keep warm.

ÉTAPE 6/7

Heat oil in a second pan and fry eggs as desired.

ÉTAPE 7/7

Serve pytt I panna with egg and pickles. Add a blob of ketchup if desired.
