Wash fish, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap each piece of fish with a slice of bacon.
Heat oil in a coated frying pan and fry fish parcels for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Place peeled potatoes in a pan and fill up with cold, salted water until they are covered by approx. 1cm of water. First bring water to the boil, then cook potatoes at medium heat for about 20 minutes.
