200 grams sea salt, coarse
3  red chilies, big
1  mint, leaves, dired
1  brown sugar


Instructions

STEP 1/7

Preheat the oven to 80˚ convection.

STEP 2/7

Wash the chilies and remove the seeds.

STEP 3/7

Place salt and chilies in Braun’s MultiQuick 9 500 ml chopper attachment and pulse until well combined.

STEP 4/7

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chili salt out on the sheet.

STEP 5/7

Dry the salt in the oven for about 45 minutes.

STEP 6/7

Finely chop the mint leaves in Braun’s MultiQuick 9 spice grinder attachment.

STEP 7/7

In a bowl, mix the salt with brown sugar and mint. Pour the salt into the jars to give as a gift.
