Ingredients

Servings: 2
Makes:

15 grams almonds
2 tsp almond butter
2 tsp cocoa powder
50 grams coconut flour, or walnut flour
 handful of chai seeds
 handful of grated coconut
 handful of cocoa nibs


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Soften the dates in warm water for 20 minutes. Then drain off the liquid.

STEP 2/4

Place the dates, flour, cocoa powder, almond butter and almonds into the beaker and blend with the help of Braun’s Multiquick 5V Fit hand blender to a slightly crumbly, sticky consistency.

STEP 3/4

Take out a tablespoon of mixture and form into a large ball by hand. Repeat until there is no mixture left.

STEP 4/4

Then coat the balls with chia seeds, grated coconut and cocoa nibs by rolling them around in the mixture.
