Ingredients

Servings:
Makes:

2 tbsp. lemon rind, grated
8 tbsp. sea salt flakes

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Flavoured salt is sometimes all you need to really bring a dish to life and making one is easy with Braun’s MultiQuick Hand blender. You can process dried herbs such as thyme, rosemary, fennel or lavender with sea salt to flavour anything from grilled steaks to lamb cutlets. Salt flavoured with spices, such as cardamom, cumin, coriander and saffron, also make a great addition to any kitchen.

STEP 2/3

Just place the lemon peel in Braun’s MQ 20 chopper accessory, attach to a suitable hand blender and finely chop.

STEP 3/3

To finish add the salt and pulse again several times to combine well.

You can also substitute the lemon peel with orange peel or lime peel.
This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuickHand blender with its MQ 20 (350 ml) chopper accessory, e.g. MQ 725 Omelette.
This recipe can also be prepared with MQ 5020 WH Pasta.
