Ingredients

0.5 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. fennel seeds
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. turmeric
0.5 tsp. cayenne pepper
0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. coriander seeds
2 tsp. cumin seeds
8 as needed cardamom pods


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Place the black peppercorns, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cardamom, mustard seeds and cumin seeds in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Cook, stirring for 1 minute until lightly toasted and aromatic. Allow spices to cool to room temperature.

STEP 2/3

Transfer to the Braun coffee and spice grinder accessory and add the remaining ingredients. Grind until coarsely crushed. Perfect spice mixture is then ready just within seconds.

STEP 3/3

Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
