225 grams plain low fat yoghurt
200 grams cherry tomatoes
200 grams strawberries
½   red pepper, de-seeded
4 leaves basil
1 juice of lime


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Pass through a fine sieve, pour into glasses and enjoy your refreshing "Gazpacho" smoothie.

STEP 2/3

Searching for a tasty refreshment on a hot summer day? Then place cherry tomatoes, strawberries, yoghurt, red pepper, basil and lime juice in Braun’s TributeCollection Jug blender JB 3060 and start blending.

STEP 3/3

Using the lid opening, steadily add a small amount of cold mineral water while still blending to achieve a smooth consistency. Start at a low speed rate and increase the speed slowly. For even finer results, press the turbo button for a short burst of maximum power – herbs, fruits and vegetables will be blended perfectly.
