4.0 tbsp. full fat yoghurt
2.0 tbsp. fine oat flakes
1.0 tbsp. low fat quark
 to taste Salt
1.0 tbsp. parsley, minced
1.0 teaspoon lemon zest
1.0 tbsp. oil, for frying
4.0 tbsp. full fat yoghurt
1.0 tbsp. cream cheese
150.0 grams chicken breast,  (alternatively, beef or pork)
2.0 tbsp. lingonberries, from a jar
 to taste parsley, finely chopped
4.0 tbsp. full fat yoghurt
4.0 tbsp. full fat yoghurt


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Wash the meat and pat dry.

STEP 2/5

Chop the chicken into large pieces and then mince with the quark using the Braun MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender 500ml chopper attachment.

STEP 3/5

Add the oats, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon zest and mix. Use damp hands to shape 10 small balls from the dough, cover and set aside to cool.

STEP 4/5

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken meatballs at a medium heat until golden brown. Remove from the pan and place on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

STEP 5/5

Prepare the dip by mixing all ingredients in the 500ml chopper and serve with the meatballs.
