30 grams oatmeal
150 grams vanilla-flavoured yoghurt
250 ml milk
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. protein powder
2 tbsp. clear honey
1 tbsp. cinnamon, ground


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Place the bananas and all the other ingredients in the Braun JB 7192 PowerBlend 7. Blend to a smooth puree on speed 4.

STEP 2/3

Pour your protein shake into glasses. Enjoy!

Peel and dice the bananas
