1  banana
100 grams carrots
100 grams mango pulp, frozen or fresh
1  orange
2 tsp. turmeric
100 ml milk, or oat milk
1  lime

Instructies

STAP 1/4

Peel the banana, orange and carrot. Halve the orange and carrot.

Peel the mango if necessary and cut the flesh from the stone.

Squeeze the lime.

STAP 2/4

Pour the (oat) milk into the PowerBlend 7 jug.

STAP 3/4

Add the fruit, vegetables, turmeric and 3 tablespoons of lime juice.

STAP 4/4

Set the PowerBlend 7 to the smoothie setting and choose the smooth texture. Blend everything into a smoothie until the blender stops. Divide the smoothie into glasses.
