For the glazed pear: Peel and core the pear halves. Mix the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Brush the pear halves with the mixture and place them in the first drawer of the TwinCook 3 (cut side up). Set aside.
For the French toast: In a shallow dish, thoroughly whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture and allow them to soak briefly.
Place a piece of baking paper in the second drawer of the TwinCook 3 to prevent it from sticking.
For the first drawer set the Vegetable program at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until soft and caramelized. Vary the preparation time depending on the size.
For the second drawer set the Cake program at 180°C for 6-8 minutes.
