Ingredients

Servings: 6
Makes:

200 grams watermelon
1 small cucumber, peeled and diced
4 medium tomatoes, diced
30 ml sherry vinegar
60 ml extra virgin olive oil
 to taste salt
 to taste pepper

Instructions

STEP 1/3

De-seed and dice the watermelon, taking care to cut the fruit into small cube shapes.

STEP 2/3

Then blend all the ingredients in Braun’s IdentityCollection Jug blender JB 5160. Thanks to its intelligent pre-set program, you just select the soup & purée function, press start and come back when it’s done. Use the pulse function for even finer results.

STEP 3/3

Chill in the refrigerator until required.

This recipe was prepared using Braun’s IdentityCollection Jug blender JB 5160.
This recipe can also be prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick Hand blender with its blending shaft, like for example in our set: MQ 700 soup. You can also use Braun’s TributeCollection Jug blender TC JB 3060 and TC JB 3010.
