Vegan oat waffles with banana and maple syrup

Ingredients

Servings: 2
Makes:

0.5 as needed vanilla pod, split and seed scrapped
2 as needed bananas
2  maple syrup
240 ml water
280 grams crunchy oats flakes
 pinch of salt


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Pre-heat the waffle iron.

STEP 2/4

Mix the oat flakes, water, 2 bananas, 2 tsp. maple syrup, vanilla pulp and salt using Braun’s MQ 7 blending shaft.

STEP 3/4

Gradually cook the dough in the waffle iron.

STEP 4/4

Garnish with banana slices, maple syrup and soya yoghurt.
