When your Multi Serve shows the error code E19 in the display, it means that the selector knob is positioned in between drink sizes and not actually pointing to the correct size.
You will need to turn the selector knob to the FULL pot position and then unplug the unit.
Let the unit sit for 5-10 minutes and then plug the unit back in.
This should clear the error and then you will need to reset the time.
