Makes:

100 grams mixed red berries
100 grams ice cubes
20 ml cassis syrup
50 ml non-alcoholic gin
soda water, to fill-up
berries, to garnish

Instructions

STEP 1/4

Wash the berries and mash them in a beaker with the shaft.

STEP 2/4

Place the ice knife into the MultiQuick 5 Pro chopper bowl and crush the ice cubes on speed level 21.

STEP 3/4

Pour the crushed ice into a glass. Add the berries purée, cassis syrup and non-alcoholic gin.

STEP 4/4

Pour the mocktail with soda water and garnish with berries.
