Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, drain and chop with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 500ml chopper attachment in Pulse mode.
Add the flour, cottage cheese and herbs to the tomatoes and mix well in low speed mode. Season with salt and pepper and form patties.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the cottage cheese patties in it until golden brown on both sides.
A cream cheese and herb dip goes well with this. Simply mix 200g cream cheese, 40g fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, without stems and 1 clove of garlic with the hand blender and season with salt and pepper.
