Ingredients

Servings:
Makes: 12

120 grams Gram flour
300 ml water
50 grams frozen peas
80 grams spinach, fresh
  salt
  pepper
30 grams walnuts
30 grams sunflower seeds
50 grams celery
100 grams carrots
1  kohlrabi
1  red pepper
1  apple
20 grams apple cider vinegar
30 grams oil
1 tbsp. mustard
1.5 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper

Instructions

STEP 1/8

Chop the peas, spinach and water with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment using the chopping tool.

STEP 2/8

Add the chickpea flower into the food processor and replace the chopping tool with the kneading hook. While the dough is kneaded, add spices.

STEP 3/8

Let the dough rest for an hour.

STEP 4/8

Add another 20-30g chickpea flour to the dough if necessary. The dough should not be too liquid but run thickly from the spoon.

STEP 5/8

Bake the pancakes in a pan with a little oil.

STEP 6/8

Use the 500ml chopper attachment to chop the walnuts and sunflower seeds and set aside.

STEP 7/8

Wash and clean celery, carrots, kohlrabi, paprika as well as apple and cut into pieces. Use the EasyClick system to switch easily from the 500ml chopper attachment to the food processor attachment. Shred the ingredients in the food processor using the shredding insert.

STEP 8/8

Add vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, pepper as well as seeds and mix.

This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 9 (MQ 9187XLI). Prepare the recipe also with one of our other models. A chopper attachment is not necessarily needed but you can simply use the food processor attachment with the chopping tool instead.
