6 Tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
1 Tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp. coriander seeds
1 tsp. Szechuan peppercorns
1.5 tsp. dried garlic, slices
1 tsp. sea salt flakes
1 tsp. cinnamon


Anweisungen

SCHRITT 1/5

Finely grind coriander and Szechuan pepper seeds in Braun’s MultiQuick 9 spice grinder attachment. Add garlic slices and chop.

SCHRITT 2/5

Finely chop the nori leaves in Braun’s MultiQuick 9 500 ml chopper attachment. Transfer the chopped nori leaves into a bowl and set aside.

SCHRITT 3/5

Finely chop the sesame seeds in Braun’s MultiQuick 9 350 ml chopper attachment.

SCHRITT 4/5

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon.
