1/2  white onion
400 grams plum tomatoes, firm
1/2  green chilli pepper
1 handful coriander
1/2  lime
  salt
  tortilla chips


Instructions

STEP 1/8

Peel the onion. Wash and halve or quarter the tomatoes (large ones).

STEP 2/8

Wash the chilli, cut it in half and remove seeds.

STEP 3/8

Using the size control bowl, chop the tomato quarters with speed level 5 - 6. If necessary, drain off the liquid.

STEP 4/8

Insert the size control insert and chop the onion on speed level 21.

STEP 5/8

Remove the size control insert and bowl and chop the chilli and coriander in the chopper bowl on speed level 17.

STEP 6/8

Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.

STEP 7/8

Mix everything in a bowl with lime juice and season with salt.

STEP 8/8

Serve the Pico de Gallo with tortilla chips or crackers.
